My People, Prepare!

Last night I had an encounter with the Lord that seemed to go on most of the night. It began not long after I fell asleep when the voice of the Lord began to speak to me. He said Get excited for what I am about to do in my people, and began stirring up my spirit in such excitement it woke me up. As I fell back to sleep He continued to speak. He said Tell my people to get ready, to make themselves prepared. Prepare, prepare, prepare! There isn't time to waste, do the things I have given you to do and do them promptly in preparation. As He spoke I was watching images of myself with at least one other busily preparing things with our hands, moving from one task to the next at pace. This continued for most of the night with the voice of the Lord pronouncing PREPARE, prepare my people, tell them to prepare and be excited. Over and over again. Prepare for what exactly I don't think He shared within this encounter, but rather hinted that it will be a time where our spirits will be more alive and active than ever before. What is clear, is that there is necessity to actively prepare ourselves and others by doing the things the Lord has given us to do right now, and the things He will give us to do. And to do them without delay.

Isaiah 40:3-5

"A voice of one calling:

“In the wilderness prepare

the way for the Lord;

make straight in the desert

a highway for our God.

Every valley shall be raised up,

every mountain and hill made low;

the rough ground shall become level,

the rugged places a plain.

And the glory of the Lord will be revealed,

and all people will see it together.

For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

"And He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands and territories. This was so that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grasp for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us."
