Leaders, Come Forth!

My Bride stands at the threshold but where are those who would lead her into her Promised

Land? Where are those who would lead her out as the Warrior Bride? Where are those who

would train and equip her to be the answer, to be the solution, to be the vehicle of My kingdom's

advancement on the earth?

I look and see the landscape littered with you who would have led but are being crushed

beneath the weight of others’ expectations and your own understanding of the call to lead. I see

you who have been called to lead crippled by abandonment and orphaned by false promises,

the lies of the enemy whispered into your weary hearts which have become numb. Look to Me,

you who are crushed, crippled, and orphaned!! Come and see how I want to heal you! See how I

want to renew your identity (Romans 8:29-30, Ephesians 1:4-6) and cement within you true

understanding and ownership of the position to which I have appointed you (John 15:14-16).

Your place is in Me and Me alone, for it is I who have called you – and it is I who will establish

you. It is I who will lead and guide you into all Truth (John 16:13) and the promises yet to be

fulfilled (2 Corinthians 1:20) – for I am not a man that I should lie (Numbers 23:19-21)! Come

with open hands for the things of the past must go that you might take up and receive the

fullness of your healing. Be whole and be healed that you may raise up a generation of leaders

who walk whole and healed, in the knowledge of Who has called them.

I watch and see you who are appointed rejoicing in the works of your own hands, thriving and

partnering with the spirit of Pride. My heart aches for you who have become entangled with the

ways of the world, have relied on yourselves, have puffed yourselves up as leaders of My

beloved Bride – and yet have neglected those who would come after you. Come to Me, you who

have become entangled with the ways of the world. Allow me to illuminate your sight so that you

may see by My Spirit, the places where you have missed the mark. Look and see where there is

work to be done to return your heart to its first love (1 John 4:19, Revelation 2:4-5). I will slash

the vines of the spirits and powers of Pride and Mammon that have wound themselves around

your hearts and minds. I will exchange your pride for humility. I will remove your greed for power,

platform and prestige, exchanging it for selflessness (Proverbs 11:2, Isaiah 57:17-19). I will

remove from you your heart of stone and I will give you a new heart, filled with tenderness and

compassion (Ezekiel 11:19). I will dig out the vines at the root and they will be thrown into the

fire that only what is of Me will remain (Matthew 7:19). I will sow My Word again in your hearts

that it might take deep root and hold you in the place of the shaking to come (Luke 8:11,15;

Psalm 119:11-16).

Do not be just hearers of My words – ones who see their reflection and walk away forgetting

what they have seen (James 1:22-25). Allow My words to pierce you, to humble you, to draw you

closer to Me (Proverbs 27:6, James 4:6-10). I have already begun to remove you who will not bow

the knee to Me or disentangle yourselves from worldly mindsets to a place of righteous testing.

Weeping may endure for a night, but what joy comes with the morning!! As I redeemed Peter, so

I will redeem you! I will call you back to Me. I will be your God; you will be My people and you will

tend My sheep (John 21:15-17). Ask Me and I will wash you again in the blood of Christ and you

will be forgiven (Ephesians 1:7-8). You will be made pure in your hearts and set apart for Me.

If you will allow Me to heal you and submit to being humbled, I will fashion you into a holy

community of leaders – established and emerging – who will encourage one another into the

fullness of stature in Me. You will sharpen and hone one another, no longer disordered and

fragmented, self-reliant and self-seeking, distracted by the praise of man and his accolades.

You will be ones who rely on My Spirit and My Truth, seeking My ways not your own (Galatians

5:25, John 17:17, Matthew 6:33). I will break the chains that have bound you to the old ways of

leading and thinking, the places where you have held to your traditions, rather than succumbing

to the leading of My Spirit. Walk in the freedom for which I have set you free, for I have appointed

you to be ones who will tear down, uproot, plant and raise up leaders across all spheres of

influence – first in the Body of Christ then in the world.

You will become a community of leaders, trusted and entrusted to lead one another and the

Body of Christ, who will steward growth and see My kingdom established in the earth. Where

once you looked to the world for solutions, now you will carry My solutions within you.

Revelation strategies will begin to flow from you, first as a trickle, then as a stream, then as a

flood! You will see My people restored to their original design and destiny, in the natural and in

the spirit. You will train, equip, raise up and release My people into their spheres of influence –

first within the Body of Christ, then overflowing into the world. I will increase your capacity and

strength to carry and steward ever-increasing levels of My revelation – the magnitude and depth

of which will astound you.

Anointed Kingdom Leaders, you will no longer be out of time and order. Like the sons of

Issachar, you will know the times and the seasons (1 Chronicles 12:32, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). You

will see by My Spirit with clarity and accuracy, releasing kingdom strategy to shift people and

places into alignment with My plans and purposes. Creativity will again be stirred and you will

see leaders arise in music, art, poetry, writing, visual storytelling and dance. Education, health

and business will begin to look to the leaders coming out of the Church for strategy and

wisdom. I will draw you to those whose hearts have been prepared ahead of time and you will

lead them into all Truth through My Spirit – that they would know Me and be known by Me. You

will be My image bearers – carrying and releasing the leadership of Heaven into the nations for

the praise of My glory, and the advancement of My kingdom in the earth.
